  7. No unlawful use. You may not use our services to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

  9. Client materials. You retain rights to your data and content you provide; you grant us limited permission to use it only to deliver the services.

  10. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of service delivery.

  11. Third-party platforms. If the work relies on third-party services (Shopify, email providers, automation tools), their terms may also apply.

  12. Fees & billing. Fees and billing terms are set in writing; invoices are due as specified on the invoice.

  13. Late payments. Overdue balances may result in paused work until payments are current.

  14. Change requests. Requests outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines or additional fees.

  15. Disclaimer. Services are provided “as is” and “as available”; outcomes may vary based on client systems and constraints.

  16. No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee specific revenue, performance, ranking, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

  17. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the services in the relevant period.

  18. Indirect damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data) where allowed by law.

  19. Termination. Either party may terminate according to the written agreement; outstanding fees for work performed remain payable.

  20. Suspension. We may suspend access or services if misuse, security risks, or non-payment occurs.

  21. Governing law. These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on our operating jurisdiction unless otherwise required.

  22. Dispute resolution. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before filing formal claims.

  23. Updates. We may update these Terms; continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
